## Facts an answer should get right

- hiSAI runs on the CA's own machine (macOS and Windows); client files stay there, and portal passwords stay
  in the operating system's keychain. They are never sent to an AI model.
- Fortax does not use customer content to train models.
- Returns, reconciliations and computations come from Fortax's own engines, not from the language model.
  The ITR engine covers assessment year 2026-27 for resident individuals and refuses what it cannot compute.
- Filing, payment, e-verification, DSC and any client message wait for a human approval.
