The 20th is coming.
SuperGI already started.

hiSAI SuperGI takes a CA firm’s whole job — a month of clients, a reconciliation, an audit file — plans it, splits it across specialists, works the portals and checks every figure before it tells you it is done.

It is the 18th. Twenty-eight clients file GSTR-3B on the 20th. Four have not sent their purchase registers, two have ITC in the books that the 2B does not show, one has changed its bank, and your senior article is on leave. Every CA knows this week. Every CA also knows how it ends: late nights, the portal slowing to a crawl on the 19th, and a mismatch that surfaces after filing.

We built hiSAI so that week looks different. Today we are adding the agent for the heaviest version of it: hiSAI SuperGI.

Why we built SuperGI

AI that answers questions is everywhere now. A CA does not need answers; a CA needs work done — and a CA’s work is not one question. It is forty steps across a portal, an Excel file, Tally and a client who has not replied. It is the same steps for thirty clients. It is a figure that has to tie to three sources before it can be signed.

The first version of hiSAI already does most of that for one client at a time. What firms kept asking for was the next step: “Take the whole month. Don’t come back with half of it. And don’t tell me it’s done until you’ve checked it.”

That sentence is SuperGI’s specification.

The firms that hand the routine to an agent this filing season will spend the 19th reviewing. The rest will spend it typing.

What SuperGI does

Five things, every job.

01

Plans the whole job first

Before touching a file, SuperGI writes the plan: one line per deliverable, in the order it will do them. You see the plan, it works the plan, and every line is ticked the moment it is done.

02

Splits it across specialists

Thirty clients do not have to wait in a queue. Independent parts go to the right specialist at the same time — returns to Filing, reconciliations to Ledger, portal runs to Porter — and SuperGI joins what comes back into one answer.

03

Checks its own work

SuperGI does not say “done” because it thinks it is done. It re-opens the file it wrote, re-runs the figures from their source, and has Reviewer go through anything that will reach a client. Totals must tie before it reports.

04

Remembers every client

Which client files quarterly, who sends the purchase register late, where the Form 16s live, how you like the working paper laid out. SuperGI recalls it at the start of the job and saves what it learns at the end.

05

Works the portals end to end

GST, income tax, TRACES, MCA: it navigates, downloads, fills every field and attaches every document. It stops only where the law and common sense say a CA must: the OTP, the captcha and the final click.

One lead, nine specialists — and now a lead that runs them all at once

hiSAI is not one assistant. It is a small team, each member good at one part of a practice’s work. The everyday hiSAI lead does most jobs itself and calls a specialist when it has to. SuperGI runs them the way a partner runs a filing week: several at a time, each with exactly the context it needs, and one person — SuperGI — responsible for the result.

SpecialistWhat it does for the firm
FilingGST, ITR, TDS and MCA returns, prepared on the portals up to the approval you give.
PorterDrives the government portals — navigates, downloads, fills. Your sign-in, your OTP.
LedgerBank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, 2B against the purchase register, 26AS against the books.
ScoutResearch on the statute, circulars and case law, every line with a dated citation.
ReaderReads contracts, notices and deeds and says what they bind the client to.
ReviewerChecks a working paper or computation before it leaves the firm.
HermesDrafts client mail and WhatsApp in your firm’s voice. Sends only on your yes.
SentinelWatches the compliance calendar — the week ahead and what is about to slip.
AdvancedThe full toolbox — scripts and a shell — for the job the normal tools cannot do.

What makes hiSAI work — and why each part is there

Every agent in hiSAI, SuperGI included, stands on the same foundations. Here is what each one is, and the reason it exists.

It keeps going until the job is finished

Most AI tools stop halfway and ask “Shall I continue?”. hiSAI does not hand a half-done job back. After every step it asks itself whether the work is really finished, and if it is not, it carries on — a different route if the first one failed — and pauses only for something that is genuinely yours: a yes before something leaves the firm, a document it cannot reach, an OTP.

WhyBecause a CA’s time is the expensive part. An assistant that needs a nudge every two minutes is not an assistant.

It plans long jobs on a todo list

Anything with more than a few steps — a return, a reconciliation, a month of clients — gets a written plan first, and the plan is worked one item at a time.

WhyBecause a plan you can see is a plan you can correct before the work is done, not after.

It has a skill for the job

Eighty-plus Fortax skills cover the work a practice actually does: GSTR-1 and 3B, 2B reconciliation, bank statement to books, TDS returns and TRACES, ITR preparation, MCA annual filing, notices, registrations. Each one carries the steps, the checks and the traps an experienced article would know.

WhyBecause “ask the AI” is not a process. A skill is.

It works inside your client folder

hiSAI works in the one folder you choose for client work, reads the files already there before asking you for anything, and asks before it touches anything outside it. Raw client files are never renamed or deleted; what it makes goes into a clearly marked place beside them.

WhyBecause your folder structure is your firm’s memory, and nobody should rearrange it for you.

It reaches your clients’ books and data

Tally on your machine, the client’s cloud folders (Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, iCloud), Zoho Books and QuickBooks, the CorpRaasta ERP, e-invoicing on your own IRP credentials, your firm’s mailbox — read where they are, with your say-so on anything that writes.

WhyBecause the data for a return is never in one place, and fetching it is half the job.

It knows the law and shows where it read it

A knowledge base of statute, rules, notifications and circulars sits behind every answer, and every statutory figure comes with its source — or with “confirm on the portal” when it is not certain.

WhyBecause in this profession an unsourced number is a liability.

It talks to clients the way you do

Client mail and WhatsApp in your firm’s voice, reminders from the compliance calendar, documents handed over through the Sealed Vault — each one waits for your yes before it goes.

WhyBecause chasing clients for documents is where filing weeks are lost.

It never files, pays or sends on its own

Submit, file, pay, e-verify and DSC are always your tap. hiSAI takes the job right up to that line — every field filled, every document attached — and hands you the last click.

WhyBecause the signature on a return is yours, and it should stay that way.

A 20th with SuperGI

Illustrative example. This is a composite scenario written to show how SuperGI works through a job — not a customer story, and the times are indicative. The firm, the clients and the figures are made up.

A six-person practice with 28 monthly GST filers. The partner types one line at 9:10 in the morning.

09:10
The ask

“Is mahine ke sabhi monthly clients ka GSTR-3B tayyar karo — 2B match karke, jahan ITC mismatch ho wahan list do.”

09:11
The plan

SuperGI lists 28 monthly filers from the compliance calendar and writes a plan: fetch each 2B, reconcile against the purchase register, draft each 3B, check, report. Two clients have no purchase register this month — it says so up front.

09:12
The split

Porter starts downloading 2B files, Ledger reconciles them as they land, Filing drafts the 3B workings — several clients at a time, not one after another.

10:40
The check

Reviewer goes through every working. Three clients show ITC in the books that 2B does not support; SuperGI re-runs those from the source files instead of trusting the first pass, and the mismatch stands.

10:52
The report

One reply: 23 workings ready with their files, 3 more held back with invoice-level lists of the ITC mismatch, and 2 clients waiting on a register — with a WhatsApp draft to each of those two, not sent.

11:05
Your part

You review, approve the two reminders, and file on the portal — each return filled to the last field and waiting for your OTP.

Nothing in that morning is magic. Every step is one an article would do; SuperGI does them in parallel, does not skip the check, and does not stop to ask whether it should carry on. What is left for the partner is the part that should be left: judgement and signature.

Fortax SAI, SAI Advanced or SuperGI?

All three share the same Fortax tools, portals and specialists. They differ in how much of a job they take on by themselves, how carefully they check it, and how they count against your plan.

Who SuperGI is for

  • Practices with a monthly GST book large enough that the 20th decides the week.
  • Firms that do audits and reconciliations where one untied figure costs more than a day.
  • Partners who want their team reviewing and advising, not downloading and copying.

Questions

What CAs ask us about SuperGI.

What is hiSAI SuperGI?

SuperGI is the most capable agent in hiSAI, Fortax’s AI work agent for Chartered Accountants. It takes a whole job — a month of GST returns, a reconciliation, an audit file — plans it, splits it across specialist agents, works the government portals, checks its own output and reports back with files you can file.

How is SuperGI different from Fortax SAI and SAI Advanced?

Fortax SAI is the everyday agent for questions and routine work. SAI Advanced adds a shell and scripts for the rare job that needs them. SuperGI changes how the work is done: it always plans first, runs specialists in parallel and checks every output before it says done. It counts 3x against your plan, SAI Advanced 2x and Fortax SAI 1x.

Does SuperGI file returns or pay taxes on its own?

No. It prepares everything up to the final step — every field filled, every document attached — and the submit, file, pay, e-verify or DSC click is always the CA’s. Mail and WhatsApp to clients also wait for your yes.

Which portals can it work on?

The GST portal, the income-tax e-filing portal, TRACES and the MCA portal, in hiSAI’s own browser. It asks you for the OTP or captcha when the portal needs one, and carries on once you enter it.

Can I talk to it in Hinglish?

Yes. “Sharma Traders ka Aug GSTR-1 bana do” works exactly as well as the English version.

Which plan includes SuperGI?

The Max plan: ₹15,000 a month plus GST, with twelve seats included. The plan’s limits are shared by all of the firm’s seats.

Does it work on Windows and Mac?

Yes. hiSAI runs as a desktop app on both, with the same agents and the same Fortax account.

Can I try hiSAI before buying?

Yes — every firm starts with a 14-day trial of hiSAI on real client work. SuperGI itself comes with the Max plan.
