The business account, with the CA inside it.

Invoicing, stock, expenses, customers and GST in one place — and the AI reading your own books, not a demo set.

Sales & invoicing

GST invoices, quotations, part payments and UPI reconciliation, with reminders that go out on WhatsApp.

Inventory

Multiple SKUs, warehouses and variants, low-stock alerts, and barcodes for a counter that moves.

Expenses & vendors

Vendor ledgers, recurring costs, categories that fill themselves, and an approval before money leaves.

Customers 360°

Every lead, invoice, payment and WhatsApp message for a customer on one timeline.

GST returns

GSTR-1 and 3B prepared from your own books, reconciled against the portal’s 2B before anything is filed.

Documents & notices

Filed by client, year and kind; a notice keeps its reply and its due date next to it.

Reports

Sales, purchases, tax, ageing and cash, with the workings behind each figure.

Your CA, in the account

Invite the CA instead of mailing files. They see what you allow, and you can take it back.

What the AI is allowed to do

The assistant in the account reads your books and your documents, prepares returns through the same engines a CA firm uses, and drafts the message you were going to write. It does not file, pay or send on its own. Anything that leaves the business — a return, a payment, a WhatsApp to a customer — waits for your yes, and is recorded with who said it.

Working with your CA

Invite your CA into the account and they work on the real books instead of a folder of attachments. You choose what they can see, you can end it in one click, and every action they take is in the activity log. A CA firm running hiSAI can connect to the same account from their own machine.

Questions

Asked before signing up.

Is my data shared with the AI model?
The AI reads what you ask it to read, on your own account. Passwords and portal logins are never sent to a model — they stay in the browser’s or the operating system’s own store. Files are not used to train anyone’s model.
Can my CA use it with me?
Yes. A business account can link its CA, and a CA firm can work on the client’s account with the access the client grants. The client can revoke it at any time.
Does it file returns on its own?
It prepares them and reconciles them. Filing, payment and e-verification wait for a person: the software stops at that click by design.
What does it cost?
The business platform is billed per company, and hiSAI for CA firms by seat with a 14-day trial. Pricing for hiSAI is on the main page; for the business platform, ask us and we will quote for the size of the books.
Where is the data kept?
In India, in Fortax’s own database, with backups. Documents you seal into the Vault keep a verifiable signature so a copy can be proved later.
