By using Fortax products or APIs, you agree to these terms. Fortax is operated by IFTS IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd..
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, your GSTIN credentials, and the accuracy of data you enter. Fortax automates compliance; it does not replace your legal obligations.
Service availability
We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Government portal outages (e.g., GSTN) are outside our control.
Fair use
Fortax APIs and AI chat are subject to reasonable rate limits. Abuse (scraping, resale, reverse engineering) is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Intellectual property
Fortax, its AI models, software, NFC compliance card design, and brand are the property of IFTS IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Our applied patents cover core innovations.
Liability
Our liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect losses, tax penalties arising from incorrect user input, or third-party service failures.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow.
